This 5 day course covers the intermediate clicker skills. The training is demanding and suitable for people and dogs with some training experience and familiar with learning in this format.
You must be very familiar with clicker training, and have a CAP2 or equivalent skills to attend this week
This week will take you through the techniques of building behaviour chains. From individual behaviours built with robust cues and to good quality, and combining them into chains cued by a single cue, and chains of many behaviours each with their own cues.
Learning how to merge behaviours to build more complex, compound behaviours and maintain teh qulaity of the individual behaviours.
Data gathering will teach you exactly what is happening and help pin down how you can be more effective at applying the science and identify any weakness.
Microshaping error-free behaviours by slicing the criteria very thin and planning your reinforcement placement to ensure success.
There will be opportunities to be assessed towards your CAP3
All days are full day workshops from 9.30 - 4pm
