When this arrived we all spent the first 15 minutes trying to load the treats through the neck of the bottle ... and then we read the instructions! The base unscrews for easy loading and washing. Karen’s Gordon Vienna was kept amused for 40 minutes without a break trying to solve this puzzle. The treats are dispensed after such a wide variety of behaviours that the dogs have to keep re-inventing new solutions.
This is robust eough for a raw bone eater to get extremely frustrated by, but do beware of the windows - I think one could fly through if flung with enough force!
